- Payments made to Aura Visa Solutions are for consultation, document preparation, and processing assistance — not for visa approval itself.
- All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or stated in our Refund Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Aura Visa Solutions provides professional assistance and lodgement support but cannot guarantee visa approval, duration, or outcome.
Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs or relevant government authorities.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in government policy affecting your application.
6. Intellectual Property
